You can download your digital Riu Class card by logging in to your account at riu.com. Simply click “Download my virtual card” and follow the steps. You can also enjoy the benefits of the programme simply with your Riu Class number.

Your Riu Class account does not expire.
If you do not log any stays for a period of four consecutive years, your points will automatically expire.
The expiration date on your points can be extended when you redeem points for bookings, pre check-in online or make a purchase from the Riu Shop

To reach the next tier, you and your beneficiary must have both spent 30 nights at one of our hotels in the 24 months since your last check-out. Once you have reached that number, you will reach Riu Class Gold status.
And if you spend 60 nights, you will reach the exclusive Riu Class Diamond status.
When you reach one of these categories for the first time, we will mail you a Riu Class card with your name on it to your registered mailing address.
