"Wonderful holiday"
Just returned from Riu Palace. We had a brilliant stay. The staff are a credit to the hotel, the cleaners, pool staff, reception, waiting staff, literally everyone, are so friendly and helpful. If they can they will. The hotel lobby / reception is stunning and the pool area and grounds are beautiful. Ive given 4 stars because if you look beyond the initial beauty there are a few things that could be improved. The coffee pots at breakfast are broken and coffee stained, some needed binning and others a wipe outside would help. I filled in a survey about dust behind display objects having been written in by someone, it was still there days later. In 2 of the additional restaurants our plates were chipped. I know these are little things but they make somewhere 5 star. However, we had a brilliant holiday, the sun shone everyday, food was plentiful and we would like to thank the staff for a fabulous week.
