"Palace is the place"

Great location just a short uber to downtown. All servers seemed so pleasant. We hung w Sebas by the main pool and he took excellent care of us. Emmanuel morning Buffet was always ready to go and so up beat!!! The adult atmosphere was great! Here’s the bad… we know you can go to sante fe for parties. I stayed there in April. I’ll chose the palace to be a little more upscale which it was but our faces sante fe. BOOM BOOM BOOM until hours of the night it seemed like forever. So make sure if you want some quiet to ask for a room far away. We really had a great time there and the ppl there vacationing were great until Thursday. A new group came in and they were rowdy, loud, not the friendliest and honestly I felt bad for the staff. I don’t know if that’s how it is every week as our trip was sun/thurs. The restaurants were good.the taco stands hit the spot daily for lunch and I loved the lady that pushed the cart aroundw popsicle and fresh fruit. Little touches were noticed. If you venture out to town check out Bitos for the best pizza. Wood fired 😋. The resort was extremely clean.

Good location beautiful resort. Nice rooms, clean property and very well maintained. Food was great.
