The Riu Dubai hotel is launching a new service called "soft All Inclusive" to attract local clientele. This is an unprecedented product in the RIU chain with which the customer can enjoy the classic 24-hour All Inclusive service but without paying for any alcoholic beverages that they will not be drinking.
