Luis Riu kicks off the activity at the Riu Dubai, the chain's first hotel in the Middle East. The RIU Hotels & Resorts CEO cut the opening ribbon together with the Chairman of Nakheel, Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, RIU's partner in the launch of this 4-star all-inclusive hotel.
