Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin

So Saturday night in the hotel bar 915 and they think it’s a good idea to start mopping the floor…. Then they start hoovering the lounge. If it was 2 in the morning and the guests had gone to bed then yes… but really. Incompetence beyond belief. I wouldn’t expect that in a one star hotel let alone a 4 star hotel the hotel manager should be fired and training given to the managers in each department about how to run a hotel. Absolute joke. Avoid unless you like being ushered off to bed at 915 on a Saturday night.

Very disappointing. Room was quite spacious but not very comfortable. The floors were covered in some sort of strange plastic which felt very cold and clinical. Staff were mostly lovely but we were asked to move from a window seat in the restaurant because we weren't having food at that precise moment, just wanted to watch the world go by from Dublin for a few moments. Manager is restaurant was rude. We stayed for 3 nights, and the location was perfect but I won't stay here the next time I visit Dublin.
